Based on this summary report, if the client determines that the project is viable, Grove Associates surveys the site to gather additional site-specific data, determines the boundaries and topographic attributes, and generates a map detailing specifics such as streets, storms, utilities, and any off-site features that might be impacted by the site development. This comprehensive land survey forms a base map which serves as the foundation for the site improvement design.

Schematics, once approved by the client, are prepared, followed by preliminary then final designs which are consistent with local subdivisions and adhering to land development codes. Municipal, county and state approval of these plans, as well as construction plans and specifications, are secured. Grove engineers and surveyors are then in a position to bring the project to its successful conclusion by providing construction stakeout, management and inspection services.
